Life or Death
Hello precious family!
I pray that you are experiencing the love and power of your Great God this very day.
I have much anticipation for our time together this weekend as we get deeper into King and Kingdom, also as we meet afterwards to discuss the state of our nation and world. I know many people are confused, anxious, and even feeling hopeless… BUT, do not fear nor be dismayed, your Good Father has promised and shown His faithfulness in taking care of His kids time and time again. Today is no different, except that… THE Great Awakening is upon us!
The amount of death, destruction, and slavery that has permeated our world has been given permission by people. I know you may be thinking, “those evil sinners…” but that is not, fully, the case. One of the most powerful forces on earth and in Heaven is the tongue. Our words create our world. Just as the Father formed the universe with His words from the vision of His heart, we, who are created in His image, are creating OUR world with our words from the vision of our hearts in the same way. Believe it or not, your world has been framed by the words you speak and have spoken. The nation today is a combination of those words from evil people, ignorantly blithering people, and some righteous people who do not know how to control their tongue.
Proverbs 18:20-21
A man’s belly shall be satisfied with the fruit of his mouth; [and] with the increase of his lips shall he be filled.
Death and life [are] in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.
Our words right now are creating life or death. Nothing in the middle… just life or death. Our mouth is producing the seeds of the fruit that we are eating everyday. When reading through Genesis chapter one, you should become keenly aware that our entire universe was created and manifested through words. This same universe is being perpetuated through that same creative power released so long ago as well. Our words have immediate impact and also long-term effects.
The enemy’s tactic is to bring a thought of death, sickness, destruction, poverty, lack, oppression, and depression to us through media propaganda, a glowing screen, a friend/family/neighbor’s words, unrestrained emotions, evil imaginations, or just general awareness of un-God-like surroundings. These all purpose to take over our thought life with their power and influence. Once our thought life is dominated by them, those same temptations have a way, and a right, to move into our heart. Once in our heart they take root and eventually produce the tree (lifestyle) that bears the fruit of our lips. When we speak words from our heart in faith, we release with those words the same power that created the universe. It is also the same power that made you a son of God through the New Birth because:
Romans 10:10
For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
This same activity used in the reverse is how death and destruction is created. The wise thing for us all to do is to bind the thoughts before they have a chance to work into our hearts. We do this by placing a strong guard over our words and the ideas that produce them.
Matt 6:28-31
And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: and yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, [shall he] not much more [clothe] you, O ye of little faith? Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?
Take no thought saying…!
Jesus shows us that the way a thought is, “taken,” is through saying. If our thoughts are stayed upon Jesus and His promises… just think of the seeds that we are casting into our future with the power of our words! Think of the effect on our family, finances, health, and emotional life if we use the creative power of Heaven to build our world. Be bold about these truths, and speak life to your health… speak life to your spouse and children… speak life into your future… AND speak life over our nation!
We should reserve every curse for the enemy and his plans…
And release only blessings over ourselves and our family, nation, and world.
Beloved, let the two-edged sword that proceeds from your mouth always be destroying the enemy’s plans and advancing the missions of your Loving Father.
